BizzCompass is an AI-powered insights and analytics platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses make smarter decisions. Our platform provides access to customizable AI agents — including news, regulatory, compliance, marketing, and risk agents — to generate insights that support business growth, expansion, and operational decision-making.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services.
• If you use BizzCompass on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes both you and that entity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. License and Use of Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the source code or data models of our platform.
• Use the Services to build or train competing AI systems.

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• All fees are due as listed in your plan.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We may suspend access for non-payment.

8. Termination

• You may stop using BizzCompass at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account:
  • If you breach these Terms, or
  • If your use threatens the security or integrity of the Services.
• Upon termination, you retain ownership of your Customer Data and may request a copy for 30 days.

• BizzCompass retains all ownership rights in its software, algorithms, trademarks, and content.
• You may provide feedback — we may use it freely to improve our Services.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim.
